Another waisted effort from Mr.Disney and his staff.The film depends more on gimmicks and on slow pacing than on fast pacing and on Donald's frustrations at getting:"Pluto"into his dog washing device.This premise might funnier if it was used by The Warner animators as a concept for "Daffy Duck"or even"Elmer Fudd"? But Mr.Disney thought that "Donald"could be the get rich quick inventor with an unwilling subject.On both counts this movie cartoon and it's characters flop miseribly.Nostalgia Kid.
