Sixth Looney Tune of 1931 is Bosko is a rip-off but a blast!!

Picnics and Biting Dogs!!

This cartoon is a thorough re-tread of Sinkin' In The Bathtub (1931), the first Looney Tune. The gags are amusing though and the continued anthropomorphizing of inanimate objects adds to the fun and flavor. Bosko's "slap" at the end is a particularly cute gag that is used in animation and various forms to this day.

Good

I like it whenever Bosko tortures that Mickey-like mouse in every cartoon of his. It shows that everybody at the studio had that Looney Tuney spirit right from the beginning.
