John Henry And The Inky-Poo (1946) - Puppetoons Theatrical Cartoon Series

I remembered seeing the John Henry Puppetoon as A child, but seeing it as an adult, I had A great appreciation for the imagination and the production of this particular puppetoon. Also during the time it was released, there was still much segregation of black and white. The authenticity of the look of characters and the music were A great work of art as well as a great work of going against the grain of the current society. Hat's off to George Pal and all the crew.
