Shock To The System (2000) Season 1 Episode 1- Static Shock! Cartoon Episode Guide

I love this episode as you get to see how Virgil hawkins a regular teenage african- american boy who lost his mother in a gang shoot outturns into a famous super hero who can control Electricity.
In this episode Virgil is hassled by a bully in school F-Stop(soon to be Hotstreak)and is helped out by a gang member named Wade later that day wade asks Virgil to come to the docks to help him solve his F-Stop Problem but later turns out to be more than a shoot out between gangs the police arrive and fire a Warning shoot which hits BArrels containing a big bang formula cause all the gang members to turn into mutants or to get special powers. Virgil escapes without having inhaled alot of the gas but the next day he finds out that the gas changed him then he and his friend Richie choose a costume and name for Virgil and Static is born. Also in this episode Virgil Tells us his new line "the names Static I put a shock to your system" this is why i LOVE this episode.
