HOO-BOY! Don't tell me we've finally bred a generation of youngsters who can't remember Red Skelton! His "mean widdle kid" characterization was admittedly less employed by him after his radio days (he held onto his "clown/bum" and other characters in his TV & concert stage years).
But he sure was an inspiration to animators.

If it wasn't for the kid's almost incomprehensible and annoying persona, this would be one of Tex Avery's greatest works.
