and decides he wants to win so half way point twist is beating otto otto takes a short cut and wins ray(ottos dad holds a party at the shore shack congradulating otto) reggie(ottos sister know that otto took a short cut) later while ottos in bed he has bad dreams his conshonces is bothering him the next day he tells twist he cheated and saID TO TAKE A NOTHER RACE TO SEE WHO THE real winner is so they race and twist wins and gets the big trophy -the end
