It's Good for the Crops Charlie Brown

Sally's report on Arbor Day carries over onto poor, ole Charlie Brown's baseball field. What a delightful cartoon this turned out to be. In celebration of Arbor Day, the team plants trees, fruits, and vegetables on the baseball field... all to the chagrin of Charlie Brown. When Peppermint Patty's team shows up to play, she and Charlie Brown make due and play ball. Surprisingly, the plant life makes the game tough for Peppermint Patty's team. It appears that Charlie Brown's team may win a game, but then the rain pours down and the game is called off. Again, I say this is a very amusing cartoon.
