This was my favorite eisode of the Lone Ranger series of the 1960's. It had the best plot of any of the episodes and It is quite true that after The Civil War many veterans wanted to reignite the war. General X wants to take over the Southwest, other than the Southeast,
where former Confederate States were. It was not just the Lone Ranger and Tonto fighting
and overcoming with force, as much as the Lone Ranger matching wits with a military genius. As Tonto says before he scales the mountain,"Take heed Kemo Sobey, you one man against army."
