Mr. T and the gang are in Seattle. Kim temporarily loses focus on her gymnastics performance, because her father, Tom Nakamura, is in trouble, due to some thugs, led by the infamous Dr. Yarby, attempt to endanger him and other scientists by stealing their minds in order to obtain secret government plans to sell to a foreign power. Mr. T and the gang stop Yarby and her cohorts, before they can steal the plans. T also uncovers Yarby wearing a device around her neck to disguise her voice to sound like a man, while in the disguise of an international burglar. Yarby and her accomplises are off to a federal prison. Kim learned when someone close to her is acting bitterly, it has nothing to do with her- more like her close relative is in trouble and is in need of help. Voice-over footnote: not known for being a regular in animated adventure cartoons, Jean Vander Pyl played the villainess Dr. Yarby as a very convincing spy, who only got bitter after being apprehended by Mr. T and Co. Overall, a very good episode. Hopefully, Warner Home Video releases all episodes of Mr. T on DVD, soon.
