"RUSSIAN RHAPSODY" is merely one of a fistful of genuine Robert Clampett masterpieces. It is fresh, funny, briskly paced, and laced with sick, sharp humor and clever writing. Lines that would be milked as a centerpiece in another cartoon are merely asides in this one!! Check out Hitler's hysterical rant, where Clampett's Hitler howls, among other things, "Schtup Friz Freleng...."(see Mel Brooks for an English translation of "Schtup") Quite simply, a howl and one of the very best EVER.
