Koko is hassled with a long beard that makes him look like and old man. Fitz finds The Fountain of Youth, and sprays its waters over the city. Koko enters an office building to see various professional men such as a stock broker and an attorney as babies. He takes too much of the Youth Water and becomes an infant himself, having to be bottle fed.
