Pierce steals Chester's hypnotic eye and uses it to put a number of the teens under his control. But being a master isn't all it's cracked up to be. And, what's more, Pierce has to keep them dry, as water will wear off the effect. And just before he's about to be crowned as "Teen Club King" at a dance, he spills a large bottle of sparkling water on the gang. Then Pierce gets hypnotized himself...and the teens smile at the thoughts of "turnabout is fair play".
