When a lottery is held to see who would work and who would play at a charity carnival, Bianca rigs the lottery so that Jett would have to work in a dunk tank and Gig would be free to be with Bianca. But an incident at the dunk tank causes Bianca to spill the truth. So the roles are reversed...and Bianca gets all wet.
