Happy Valley - catchy theme song

The thing I remember most about this cartoon is the catchy song running through it, 'Happy Happy Valley, what a wonderful place to be, where friendly people work and play, in peace and harmony'. I only ever saw it the once but it is one of most memorable cartoon moments.
