Cie Magnifique

The third in a series with Monsieur Renoir (The French Matchmaker), this hilarious episode finds a Martian seeking a wife from the matchmaker who hooks him up with a gumball machine and anything else the Martian fancies. Meanwhile the matchmaker is being hampered by the towns homliest old-maid who is looking for a husband. When the Martian returns the gumball machine as "faulty" because "Everytime I try to hold her hand, one of her eyes falls out", the matchmaker takes the glass ball from the gumball machine and slams it over the head of the spinster and hooks her up with the Martian. Now both of them are out of his hair. Hard to descibe how witty this one was. How I wish it was available on VHS or DVD.
