POPEYE IS ALL WASHED UP!!!!

THIS CARTOON IS DUMB TO WATCH! POPEYE IS AT HIS WORSE, EVEN WITHOUT HIS SPINACH! OLIVE OYL IS SO DARN DRAB IT'S LIKE A "NIGHTMARE!" SHE'S WORKING AS OWNER OF A BORDERING HOUSE! POPEYE WANTS TO MARRY HER NOW?! HOW CRAZY CAN YOU GET?! WHAT KIND OF LIFE IS THAT FOR POPEYE? THIS CARTOON IS AT THE LOWEST OF THE SCALE!!!!

The only good part of this cartoon is the running gag with the washing machine.

Not bad, just "different". No Bluto in sight, for one thing. And while the Arnold Stang-like Shorty is a rather annoying character, watching Olive Oyl come onto him (with that weird, deep, "sexy" voice) is a hoot!
