The winner . . . The Arkansas Chug-A-Bug!
Most amusing moment is when bear cubs try to escape from the park disguised as the Anthill mob, then the ranger (not Smith, by the way) thinks the Chug-A-Bug's bear is a park bear and won't let him leave. This time, Dick Dastradly loses as he is stuck on a geyser.
