The Winner . . . The Surplus Special!
Racing through Chillicothe, Ohio, of all places, Dick and Muttley try to defeat the other racers by getting them on a bridge as a detour around Muttley disguised as a baby and the bridge will be lifted into the air by a balloon tied overhead.Well, of course, it doesnt work out that way and Dick Dastradly himself, dressed as an old woman, is caught in the bridge as it flies overhead.
The Army Tank was the winner.
