Review of this Episode

BEWARE MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS
I really wanted to rate this episode higher than a 7. In fact it deserves to have the higher rating but for a few things which I felt a little disappointed by.
Firstly, animation was borrowed from a previous Mumm-Ra Transformation which I think they have done so well with by making the first two original. I found in the 1985 series that they repeated the same transformation frames so often, it didn't mean anything if Mumm-Ra was in his Mummy Mode or Powerful Mode. I hope they don't do this again for other episodes. Also, I have noticed that Lion-O is beating Mumm-Ra a little too easily considering he is still trying to get to grips with the sword and it's powers. I liked the idea of Mumm-Ra being powerful and difficult to beat.
I did feel the last few minutes of the episode were rushed and there was potential to put this through to a third part episode.
Other than that, everything else was brilliant. I like how they have introduced Kayanar and Addicus who are far more than the 1980s counterparts could ever be. I do like where the series is going to and I look forward to more.
