A Thunderstorm Underwater?

The Neptunes are told the concert has been cancelled and they must remain overnight at a spooky domicile because of the thunderstorm outside.
They're underwater.
A mixup of hats gives the bad guy's levitating hat to Jabberjaw. The bad guy wants it back.
Interesting bit when Biff gives two tickets to their concert as compensation for the man they ran into.
When the bad guy says later he has no way of finding his helmet, the henchman holds up the tickets.
This episodes song was the most recognizable "I told you once, one time, I told you twice, told me two times, I told you a thousand times" which are the correct words to the ditty.
Didn't that hideout at the beginning look a bit like Darth Vader's head, the same way the Legion of Doom's headquarters on the Superfriends looked like Darth Vader?
