Old School Cartoons

I have watched Yogi, the Flintstones, Jetsons, and other Hanna Barbera cartoons since I was a little girl, and still have an admiration for them. I recently took a class, Photography, and the instructor reminded me of this lion, and the main thing I kept remembering was how he always said, Heavens to Mergatroid. I became determined to find out exactly who this character was, and it was such a great experience to find him. How totally funny and refreshing to see him again.

I love these cartoons and treasure their memories so much that real humans literally make me think about them. And this man sounds exactly like Snugglepuss!! I could never tell him, so it's this inside joke that I have with only my one friend that remembers Snugglepuss. Yep, I'm gettin older, and it's all good thanks to memories of innocent, funny and unique cartoon characters like him.
