Talk About Hatching An Egg!

Think about it. You want to scare people away so you come up with a getup called the Chicken Man, which relies solely on you scaring them with your piercing squawk?
This was definitely one of the all-time worst villians to appear in any seventies Hanna Barbera cartoon, the Houndman in the other Funky PHantom cartoon being in the same category.
The Chicken Man is just funny to watch as if it is supposed to be a menacing character.
In all probability, the cast regulars of April, Augie, Skip, Muddsy, Boo and Elmo saved the episode as they often do. Too bad the bad guy wasn't as good as the Scooby Doo or Josie villiany.
