A Cat, A Mouse and a Bell

If this is the cartoon where all the mice come out and are singing when the homeowners go out, I love this one I remember it from childhood! They take the lady's powder puff and poof it and swarm in and out of the holes in the swiss cheese. The one mouse pokes through the keyhole in the door and ties the bell to the cat's tail. Saw it a few weeks ago on totallytoonedin on Antenna TV network. Love it!
